Brewing Directions:

1. Heat 1 cup of water, remove from heat

2. Add 1 tea bag into a tea mug, fill 3/4 full of hot water.

3. Pour water over herbs and steep for 11- 13minutes.

4. Let cool too desired temp. Consume happily. Sweeten if desired, and enjoy.
